Shipping

Each Oaza Project artwork is carefully packed and shipped from Ukraine with tracking.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 7 days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

International delivery usually takes approximately 12–14 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs & Import Charges

United States: Any applicable import duties are already included in the shipping cost. No additional import duty payment is expected from the customer upon arrival.

Other countries: Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs rules vary by country, so we recommend checking your local import requirements before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Before shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund or exchange your purchased artwork for another available piece. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change.

After shipment: Because Oaza Project artworks are original, individually made art pieces, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement of the damaged component where possible or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

For example, if only the frame is damaged during transportation while the artwork itself remains intact, a replacement frame may be sent at no additional cost.
